Gallup's Strengthfinder assessments are about 15 minute computerized tests that use science to assess one's strengths by asking a series of questions.
My results told me that my top 5 strengths are:
1. ADAPTABILITY
Adaptability is the ability to live in the present and respond to the demands of the moment. People that are adaptable can easily adjust to problems and changes that may occur.
2. COMMAND
People that have command as a strength naturally take charge. They aren't afraid of confrontation and their talent pushes them to take risks.
3. RESTORATIVE
Being restorative is an executive trait. These people love solving problems because they enjoy taking on the challenge. They enjoy bringing courage and creativity to problematic situations.
4. DEVELOPER
Developers are people that naturally see potential in others and their capacity to develop. They enjoy challenging others and being a part of their development.
5. INCLUDER
Includers are people who want everyone to feel included and invited. They feel sensitive when people are excluded and want everybody to feel equally important.
